Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced recruitment strategies and ATS platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment funnel and improve time-to-fill metrics
- Represent Elite Staffing Solutions at industry networking events and career fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or staffing recruitment experience
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
