Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates for diverse client positions including IT, healthcare, finance, and light industrial roles
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Utilizing ATS platforms and social media to identify passive candidates
- Collaborating with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing sourcing strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth's local job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
