Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across technical, clinical, and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation
- Develop deep expertise in Denver's key industries: tech, healthcare, and finance

Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in placing specialized professionals
