Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, and placement coordination
- Develop and maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate tracking and pipeline management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise in Baltimore's talent market with established industry networks
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting placement targets
