Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and compliance
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
