Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for full-time positions across multiple industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting to expand talent pipelines
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- ATS proficiency (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and data-driven mindset
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
