Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Portland-based companies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Weekly payroll processing and performance reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement goals
- Expert knowledge of Portland's job market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
