Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and culture fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from interview to placement onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage contract documentation
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized support
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of 20+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and behavioral interviewing
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Strong network within Oakland's professional community
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
