Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong Memphis market knowledge and network
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (client site visits)
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP preferred)
