Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop creative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with emphasis on speed and quality
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate pipeline management
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Oklahoma City market
- Proven track record of meeting placement quotas and client KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite, or Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma City's business landscape and talent pools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
