- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in specialized industries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record in Memphis market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
