Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and optimize hiring metrics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and competency assessment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
