Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with San Diego's leading employers
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Present compelling candidate profiles to clients with detailed market insights
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of technical or executive recruiting experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in San Diego's tech/biotech sector
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with precision
- Valid CA driver's license with clean record (client site visits required)
