Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across IT, healthcare, finance, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach, networking, and social media engagement
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations, onboarding support, and relationship management
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market dynamics in the Sacramento region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTP certification preferred
