Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, offer negotiations, onboarding support
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with 50+ corporate clients in the New Orleans metro
- Utilize Bullhorn ATS to track metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with 90%+ placement rate
- Deep understanding of New Orleans talent market dynamics
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
