Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment metrics for performance analysis
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with client growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level experience
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
- Deep understanding of Colorado Springs' labor market dynamics
