- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios across Austin's key industries
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and candidate selection criteria
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and placement success rates
- Represent our agency at Austin networking events and industry conferences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with demonstrable placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Deep understanding of Austin's local talent market dynamics
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
