Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, technology, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven track record of sourcing hard-to-fill positions across multiple industries
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Advanced proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
