Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with corporate clients to define staffing requirements and KPIs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Utilize Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS for candidate tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in compliance with EEOC and FLSA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CERS certification preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for client meetings
