Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, healthcare, finance, logistics)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Utilize CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
- Stay updated on Texas labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
