Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics using our CRM and ATS systems
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address high-demand skill shortages
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
