- Sourced and qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and technology
- Managed full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilized Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent discovery
- Conducted in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Collaborated with sales team to understand client staffing needs and market trends
- Met and exceeded weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Familiarity with Fresno's local talent market and key industries
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
