Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs using advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions in Oakland's competitive market
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria for optimal matches
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics, generate reports, and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in specialized fields
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's job market and key industry players
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and optimize processes
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
