Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and qualifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to address hard-to-fill positions in Milwaukee's competitive market
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
- Represent Premier Staffing Solutions at industry events and job fairs to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across multiple industries
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate identification
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Familiarity with Milwaukee's job market and local business landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
