Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and reference checks for temporary and direct-hire roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
