Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering)
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand staffing requirements
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of DFW job market dynamics and industry trends
