Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and nurture robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop compelling job descriptions and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and position requirements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven recruitment approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Colorado Springs' labor market dynamics
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
