Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent discovery
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
