Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate assessments, and interview coordination
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, industry databases, and local networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns for key clients
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or financial roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Fort Worth's local job market and industry landscape
- Professional Recruiter Certification (CPC or CSP) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for local client meetings
