Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across Denver's competitive job market
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for maximum impact
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate or agency recruitment
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of Denver's talent landscape and compensation trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
