Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including onboarding and payroll coordination
- Develop strategic recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to optimize candidate sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM data and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekly pay models
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Seattle's competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Valid Washington State staffing license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
