Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekly/temporary and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain robust relationships with San Antonio-area employers across multiple industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect job matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize placement strategies and fill high-priority roles
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio's job market and key industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
