Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
