Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from application to placement and onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary digital platform to track metrics and optimize hiring efficiency
- Present weekly pay opportunities to candidates highlighting financial benefits
- Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment, staffing, or sales with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and local networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to sell opportunity to candidates
