Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases and track job orders.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Memphis to identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate temporary staffing assignments and ensure compliance with all labor regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly hiring targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
