Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards and social media to identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Placement Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and facilitate the placement process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Payroll & Admin: Accurately process timecards and necessary documentation for temporary and permanent staff to ensure timely payroll.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Minneapolis to advise candidates on salary expectations and market availability.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with orientation and paperwork to ensure they feel welcome and prepared.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, customer service, or human resources.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Minneapolis, MN office.
