Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Coordinate temporary staff placements with hiring managers
- Conduct onboarding for new hires including documentation and training
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and weekly payroll processing
- Develop relationships with corporate clients to expand staffing partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid New York state driver's license (if client site visits required)
