Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for temporary employees ensuring timely payments
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions faster
- Collaborate with branch managers to achieve quarterly staffing KPIs and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in payroll documentation
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
