Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, administrative, and engineering roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure timely placements
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for fill rates and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Austin's talent landscape
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license for client meetings
