Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in light industrial, administrative, and clerical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver solutions
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
