Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to match with client staffing needs
- Coordinate temporary, contract, and direct-hire placements across Seattle industries
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Track and report staffing metrics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Provide weekly payroll processing support for temporary staff
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
