As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the face of our agency, ensuring our clients and candidates have a seamless experience from application to placement. You will work closely with our recruiters to fill critical positions and help build our community of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and source suitable talent.
- Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for prospective hires.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
