Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend-shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and light industrial roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, job orders, and placement metrics
- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate assessments on weekends
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless candidate-employer matching
- Weekly reporting on placement metrics and candidate pipeline health
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift or high-volume placement background
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong knowledge of Mesa, AZ job market and local talent pool
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for candidate meetings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
