Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across various industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and provide weekly placement updates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for weekend employment
- Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift knowledge
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
