Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our clients and candidates. You will manage the full lifecycle of temporary and permanent placements, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Process employment applications, maintain accurate candidate data in our CRM, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Onboard new hires and facilitate smooth transitions into their roles.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
