Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, interview times, and next steps.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Build relationships with local businesses to identify staffing needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a busy schedule.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for local candidate visits).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
