Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate information.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and permanent hires.
- Communicate job openings to potential applicants through various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate profiles.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the recruiting department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
