Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local businesses and candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure all payroll and timesheet data is accurate for timely weekly disbursements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and fill open positions quickly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
