Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates via various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Perform market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
