Responsibilities
- Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and identify candidates that match client requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the orientation process for temporary and permanent employees.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local job markets to identify emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
